The famous Chobe National Park located in the North-East of Botswana near the Kasane Airport covers 10700 sq.km of diverse vegetation and geographical
features. The Chobe River-front has a variety of wildlife lodges & hotels which is where most tourist holiday accommodation is. The two other main areas of Chobe National Park include Savuti and Linyanti areas.
Chobe Park is well known for it’s massive elephant and buffalo herds, with the Chobe River front being lush in summer and in winter it attracts the wildlife to the river banks. Chobe Park is easily accessed from Livingstone in Zambia and Vic Falls in Zimbabwe, both less than an hour away.
